As a student of history, I have always followed a conservative path. That may seem odd, when you consider I was raised in Southern California, my father worked in the Movie industry for 35 years, and I worked in live stage performance for 10 years (you would be surprised to find out how many conservatives there are behind the scenes in entertainment, that must keep their views secret!).
I was moved to Santa Clara in high school, graduating from Dixie High School in 1992. I went on to eventual get an Associates Degree from then Dixie State College of Utah, and eventually a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Southern Utah University, with a minor in Business Computer Information Systems.
Both of my parents have been avid readers, and instilled in me and my siblings a love for reading (which began my study and love of history).
I have worked in computer support for many years (supporting a large number of businesses in Southern Utah), and have also written many programs as a Software Developer.
A few things I am not. I am not a politician (I tend to say what’s on my mind). I am not a lawyer. Not that it’s directly related, I am not a good liar (I know many fine lawyers that I hold in high regard… and a few not so much).
